On the sponsorship investment side, ForeFront Properties LLC has acquired twenty-six (26) properties among industrial, retail, office, and land, with a total of over 1,000,000 square-feet and various vacant land sites.
In the sixteen years of ForeFront, no investment has ever incurred a secondary capital raise, no property has ever been foreclosed and no loan ever restructured.
